OBEDIENCE (Keep Us Connected With God)
Titus 3:1, Genesis 3:1-8 & Isaiah 59:2

Our father and maker, we thank you for giving us another very bright day judging from this side in Jesus name. It is our prayer that you will give us this day and provide for us every goodies in the day and new week in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

This wonderful new week is such a powerful week as it exhausts the month of February and birth the month of March 2024. It is my prayer that the week will but closer to God and give us comfort beyond measure in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Anyway, we will be dealing with one very important topic as it is a determinant factor for every good success.
OBEDIENCE is an act or instance of OBEYING. It is the quality or state of being obedient. To be obedient is be SUBMISSIVE to the RESTRAINT or command of AUTHORITY. This is also a willful act to follow and to be conform to or comply with given instruction.
More also, the bible told us that Paul the Apostle taught his followers and were kept for Christians to learn from that it is very important to be obedient to constituted authorities even as we obey God our maker. “Remind your people to submit to rulers and authorities, to obey them, and to be ready to do good in every way.” Titus 3:1 (GNB)
One important start of life were where God started life with mankind after creation; He gave instruction to man and expected the man to follow but deception came and man failed. They failed because it was an act to violate God’s instruction which is defined as disobedience.
“And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.” Genesis 3:6-10 (kjv)
It is obvious that the woman was manipulated and she allowed the manipulation to kick against God’s instituted command. The act opens their eyes to what they never thought of in the entire life until that day. Disobedience separated mankind from God and no wonder Isaiah in one of his document wrote our iniquity (disobedience) has separated us from God (Isaiah 59:2). When Obedience keep us bond with God as it does in the Genesis where God come and relate with the people without fear.
Friend, the best way to enjoy God is to be OBEDIENT as it keeps one continuously connected with God. When your connection with God is settled, you work less and enjoy more in life. OBEDIENCE keeps our connectivity with God intact.

I pray this new week that you will not fall victim of the enemy and anyone seeking your downfall will rather fall into their prepared pit in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Peace be still in your life from hence and many more blessings upon your endeavours in Jesus name. Amen.
