FOOLISHNESS OF GREED (Self Centeredness, Ends In Nothing)
Luke 12:13-21

Jehovah
Jesus Christ
Holy Michael
It’s another new day, Baba we pray that things shall work for our good and grace shall be made sufficient for all that we do in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Halleluyah!

Jesus was addressing a matter with a brother name not mentioned in the bible about greed. The guy in question was so desperate that he neglected his family member to reach Jesus to come share or persuade his brother to give his share from their late father’s property. Without any excitations, Jesus identifies greed in him, and he told him; “Jesus answered him, “Friend, who gave me the right to judge or to divide the property between you two?” And he went on to say to them all, “Watch out and guard yourselves from every kind of greed; because your true life is not made up of the things you own, no matter how rich you may be.” Luke 12:14-15 (GNB)

Many of us today have given a kind of definition for life that makes us run the race of life desperately. We now compare our lives with other person’s achievement and acquired material things which have become the actual cause of evil. In that doing we don’t think about others again, we think on how to gather for ourselves alone and if anything is wrong with the other person, it doesn’t concern us. Folks, you don’t what kind of a child will inherit that which you have laboured for because you are not taking any from all when you die.

Jesus how ever told a story of a man who thought of himself alone, never felt the need to share he has gotten with another. He had enough and felt there is a need to keep storing them for himself alone while others are lacking and wanting around him. On the day his soul was lifted to praise himself he died and all he had he left behind. Luke 12:16-20 (Self-Phrased)

Friend, you cannot think for yourself alone. You should be thinking a Godly way to that you story will not be like the man in the story of Jesus in that gospel. Jesus said: “This is how it will be for anyone who saves things only for himself. To God that person is not rich.” Luke 12:21 (ERV). The GREEDY losses all eventually, so therefore learn to share with other people around you.

The day I decree prayerfully in your life that you will not fail in your struggles; every hand raised for your discomfort shall dry up in Jesus name. This new day shall favour you and all you find yourself doing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Good morning and happy mid-week to you.
